This calendar contains information and tools to assist you in managing important activities and tasks on your dairy farm.

The year is divided into four quarters according to the lactation season of a dairy cow. These are:

• Dry Period (Drying-off to Start of Calving) 
• Early Lactation Period (Calving to Start of Mating) 
• Mid Lactation Period (Mating to Summer) 
• Late Lactation Period (Summer to Drying-off) 

Important dairy farming tasks are listed for every farm management activity.
