In November 2008, DairyNZ released a new expanded edition of one of its most popular products, the HR Toolkit. It contains many updated sections, new templates and new articles and resources for farmers to use. It also comes with a CD containing electronic files of the related templates.
| The HR Toolkit is now FREE to all New Zealand levy paying dairy farmers. It can also be purchased by non-dairy farmers operating in New Zealand for $175 (incl. GST). |
Originally launched in 2003, the HR toolkit quickly became recognised as an invaluable resource for farmers, containing best practice recommendations for a wide range of staff management processes, from job analysis through to performance management.
Offering practical and effective solutions for dairy farmers, the HR Toolkit helps them develop better employer / employee relationships, resulting in less stress in staff management, improved work performance, improved business performance and more attractive jobs for employees. Ultimately this flows through to the image of the industry and a more professional image will help to attract and retain the type of quality people the industry requires to continue profitably and sustainably into the future.
