- 18 years working as a farm consultant with dairy farmers in the North and South Island of NZ. Employed by NZ Dairy Board, LIC and Dexcel.
- Established LIC’s FarmWise Consultancy in Northland region.
- Seven years working in research and development projects at Dexcel and DairyNZ: Key role in establishment of prototype farms project for dairy farming’s future.
- Numerous roadshow presentations, industry articles and technical contribution to industry conferences and seminars.
- Awards: The Distinguished Service Award for the NZ Dairy Industry, 2007, DairyNZ, Hamilton.
