Competition Winners, Sponsors, Disclaimer

The Smarter Not Harder competition was run by DairyNZ in partnership with the Dairy Exporter to highlight the issue of people performance on farm. We know that the New Zealand dairy farm is one of the most innovative workplaces in the country. There is a long history of dairy farmers coming up with new ideas that enable people to perform at higher levels of productivity. This competition provided a valuable avenue for farmers to share ideas with others and to pick up ideas that challenge the way they do things and lead to gains on the farm.
