Working with Others

Our role is to secure and enhance the future of dairy farming, and we will work in partnership with other organisations where we can secure the best return for farmers' levy investment.

We know that strong partnerships are the key to having a strong, thriving dairy industry.

We currently fund or are involved in joint ventures with a wide range of organisations including AgResearch, Lincoln University, Massey University, Animal Health Board, LIC, Agriquality, National Mastitis Advisory Committee (NMAC), AgITO (industry training), Agritech Investments.

With an annual budget of approximately $60 million, we can add considerable support to projects or programmes that have a clear benefit to our dairy farmers.

We also seek every opportunity to maximise investments by seeking additional funds from such organisations as The Sustainable Farming Fund, FRST and central government.
