Compliance Toolkit

All the key forms and regulations you need to run your farm business can now be found in one place.

The website – www.compliancetoolkit.co.nz – containing templates for building information on a farm business’ health and safety and employment obligations is available for people managing the day-to-day tasks on a dairy farm.

The system lets farm managers personalise, save and print documents for a Compliance Toolkit folder, which is now available to all interested dairy farmers.

These templates help farmers to work towards their legal obligations under employment legislation and the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.

They include contract templates for farmers to use when employing contractors on their farm, accident investigation forms, templates for recording staff training, wages and time records, holiday and leave records.

Cleverly, the forms can be filled in online and the information quickly saved, so if a farm manager is interrupted and has to head out to turn on the stormwater diversion, the forms can be completed at a later date.   

The Compliance Toolkit folder is designed to store the hard copy contracts, registers and forms. It also contains hints and tips guides for quick reference.
