Charlotte is based in DairyNZ's Lincoln Office. Her
responsibilities include:
- Regional government policy - from development through to
implementation - in key regions including the Waikato,
Manawatu-Wanganui and Bay of Plenty
- Input into national-level policy and extension programmes, for
example effluent compliance.
Charlotte has an educational background in the earth sciences
and resource management, with a M.Sc. (Hons.) from Lincoln
University. Charlotte has specialised in natural resource
management whilst working for the private sector and Environment
Canterbury and also spent time working in India on socio-economic
issues. She has worked on high country tenure reviews and
significant resource consent applications involving farming
activities prior to joining DairyNZ in August 2009.
