GoDairy.co.nz/education is a dedicated website for primary school teachers and their students. It contains curriculum-related teaching units, digital texts and digital learning objects, along with up-to-date background information for teachers, all of which use dairying as a context for learning. Like Rosie™, the dairy industry Cowbassador, it has been developed to increase awareness and understanding of the dairy industry. |

As well as providing children with opportunities to learn in the classroom, we also want to – where possible – give them the experience of actually visiting a farm or meeting a farmer.
The education website features a page where teachers can register to request either to visit a farm or a visit from a farmer.
DairyNZ provides the matching service – linking the teacher with the farmer.
