Improved calf rearing through training and extension of existing knowledgeThe aim of the project is to improve the standard of calf rearing and reduce potential welfare issues within the NZ dairy industry. The project will enable the training of new staff as well as providing a source of more in-depth knowledge on specific issues for experienced rearers. This will be achieved by providing a readily accessible, independent, practical information source on calf rearing. |
