Kellogg Rural Leaders Programme XXVII - XXVIII, (Dairy NZ 1 June 2011 – 31 May 2012)Sound leadership is a critical factor in the successful performance of the rapidly expanding New Zealand dairy industry and in the maintenance and development of rural communities and services. The Kellogg Rural Leaders Programme provides leadership development training for people living in and working with rural communities throughout New Zealand. This three part programme includes training in leadership skills and building confidence and awareness of wider industry issues nationally and internationally, and builds networks with over 600 alumni “Kelloggers”. |
