Leadership pipeline with skills passport and rural mentoringThe Leadership Pipeline Programme aims to align a number of industry initiatives and establish several new projects into one cohesive programme of work known as the Pipeline Programme. The purpose of this is to create a pool of talent with which, the agricultural industry will interface for further educational, training and employment purposes. This will be achieved by establishing an alliance of industry groups who will oversee the programme and ensure the Pipeline work is consistent with industry strategy. |
