Go Dairy™ – Children’s Educational CampaignThe ultimate aim of the Go Dairy campaign is to enhance the reputation of the New Zealand dairy industry. The Go Dairy education project aims to increase awareness and understanding of the dairy industry amongst teachers, schoolchildren and their families. This will be done through the development and promotion of a web-based resource providing NZ Curriculum-linked material for teachers and students which uses dairying as a context for learning. In addition, an animated cow character (Rosie) will be launched at Fieldays to complement the education programme, with a revamped Go Dairy website and a subsequent promotional campaign introducing her to the wider public. |
