Tareen brings a strong commercial and strategic planning foundation to the role, alongside change management and developing resilience. Tareen worked for Ballance from 2014 – Aug 2018, based in Southland. There she progressed to the role of regional sales manager for the Lower South Island, where growing a strong team has been one of her highlights.
Hailing originally from South Africa, Tareen is happy to now live in a more familiar climate.
