Getting started and trialing the app
To get started you will need to enter your email address.
You will only be asked for this information the first time you use the app.
Next step is to enter your name and phone number.
You will then be taken to the start screen to enter details of the first farm you want to work with.
If you just want to trial the app and show farmers how to use it, you can set up a demo farm by entering demo data for the farm details.
Once you've entered a supply number and PT code, the app will search the database to see if those details already exist.
If the details do not exist in the database, it will ask whether you want to add it as a new farm.
You will then be taken to the farm and herd setup screen.
Once you've completed these steps, you're ready to start using the app.
To exit the farm and add another farm, click ‘Exit Farm’ in the top left corner of the screen.
Any farms you have added onto your app will appear in the supply number drop down when you click 'Exit Farm'.
Once you sync the data via the button on the main menu, your data will feed through to the farmer’s device as well!
Enjoy using the app!

For entering actual lame cow data:
Ideally, you want the farmer to download the app and enter their farm details first.
The farmer will then be referred to as the ‘Master User’ and will receive an email notification when you enter the supply number and PT code for that farm.
The farmer will then need to grant you access by clicking on a link in the email notification.
If the farmer is not keen to use the app, you can set it all up on your device, but you then become the “owner” of the data. If the farmer want to access it on their app later, you will receive an email notification and you will need to grant the farmer access.
If you do not know the supply number and PT code for the farm, the farmer will need to provide this for you. It would be a good idea to do this set up prior to your visit.
Once you’ve added the farm to your app, you can then add lame cows, view their reports etc.
Reports are sent as CSV files for ease of use.
Enjoy using the app!
