Fertility Focus reports
The InCalf Fertility Focus Report is a single page report designed to assess current herd reproductive performance.
The report uses existing herd data to calculate and present the most important measures of herd reproductive performance. It then compares your herd's performance against targets based on the performance of the top 25% of the industry.
The Fertility Focus Report for your herd can be detailed, intermediate or basic and can analyse up to three years of herd records to monitor performance over successive seasons.
The report supports seasonal, split calving and year-round calving herds (herds that take more than 25 weeks for 80% of the herd to calve).

Interpreting a Fertility Focus report
The Fertility Focus report is broken down into three sections:
- Overall herd reproductive performance
- Drivers of the 6 week in-calf rate
- Key indicators to areas for improvement
Start with the first section, this provides high level measures of herd fertility: the 6 week in-calf rate and the not in calf rate.
Benefits of improving herd reproduction KPIs
The FFR gives you a summary of the key reproduction KPIs, when reviewing the results you may wonder ‘What is the benefit if I improved 3%?’ The InCalf Gap Calculators give a financial prediction of increased income when making improvements in the measured management areas.
