Then these Biz Start events are for you!

Biz Start: 

For dairy employees at manager or assistant manager level, who are looking to progress in the dairy industry and become self-employed in the next couple of seasons. 

These events build business skills and confidence to equip you for senior level management positions, and owning or running your own farming business. 

If you have a partner, we encourage you to both participate in the course as a couple.

The October events will focus on: 

Goal setting – developed using experience from 10+ years of Mark and Measure seminars, this helps you to develop a strategic plan that will make your path to success clearer  

Interviews and CVs – build a CV and interview skills that make you stand out from the crowd and truly reflect the value you’ll provide a business. 

Due diligenceensure your next step is the right one that matches your goals, aspirations and values.

How the Biz Start events run:  

We will run day events in three areas, holding three sessions throughout the season. These will be in October 2020, February 2021 and April 2021. 

The events are dependent on numbers, so register early and encourage others in your area to register too! Registrations close on Monday 28 September.

Guest speakers will include farmers and rural professionals – the events will provide time for plenty of discussion.
