Take a deep dive into the Bay of Plenty farm data from the previous season, with insights from the DairyNZ team.

DairyNZ Farm Systems Specialist, Felix Rodriguez-Firpo and Data Scientist, Josiah Cleland, will walk you through an analysis of regional farm data. This includes key financial metrics such as operating profit/ha, operating return on dairy assets, and return on equity, as well as physical performance indicators like pasture and crop harvested (tDM/ha) and milk production (kgMS).

Join the session to:

  • Track your farm’s progress and benchmark against other local farmers.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen profit.
  • Gain insights on what’s driving high performance regionally and nationally.
  • Make confident, effective, data-based decisions.

DairyBase and Econ Tracker are tools that can support with financial planning, forecasting and budgeting.
