The DairyNZ People Expo is on near Hamilton on Tuesday, April 10, when dairy farmers can hear first-hand how to build a positive team culture, discuss ideal working hours and how to hire and keep the best people.
All Blacks assistant coach Ian Foster is one of three speakers at the Waikato People Expo and will share his perspective on what it takes to build a great team culture.
Other speakers include Fonterra manager of social responsibility Matt Trent on international trends on working hours, and Tani Hansen from Everest Consultants on giving your business the best chance to hire and retain the best people.
The DairyNZ People Expo events are on in Stratford (April 11), Rotorua (May 1) and Invercargill (May 9).
Each region’s People Expo provides farmers with an opportunity to ask the experts questions and share their own ideas with other farmers around what works and what doesn’t, along with any new ideas and practical tips.
