Nicole Cochrane

Nicole covers Central and Northern Southland, and enjoys working and living in her area.

Originally from a dairy farming family located in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, Nicole went to Massey University and studied a Bachelor of AgriScience (Hons) in Dairy Production. She also worked on the DairyNZ Scott Research farm in Hamilton.

Before starting her Consulting Officer role in 2016, Nicole spent 2½ years as a manager’s assistant on large scale cattle stations over in the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Nicole is passionate about the dairy industry, the community I work and live in, and supporting farmers.
