Skills Day : Milking Efficiency Edendale Herringbone

We invite teams to come and explore ideas and ways to improve time spent milking- our largest task on farm. We will cover:

• Cows- what is best for our cows? what does optimum look like for them?
• Team- what is best practice? what does good look like for people?
• Cow flow- dos and don'ts, what does everyone else do?
• Infrastructure limitations and solutions.
• Latest research around efficiency.
• Chance to polish up your skills even if you are doing well.
