Directors' Remuneration Committee
Ellen is a member of DairyNZ’s Directors Remuneration Committee and a levy-paying dairy farmer.
She farms with her family and has longstanding involvement in sector and community governance, including service on the Fonterra Shareholder Council. Ellen was appointed to the Committee in 2024 and ratified by members at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

The responsibility of the Board is to oversee DairyNZ’s strategic goals and make key decisions on how best to respond to the risks and opportunities impacting our farmers and sector.
