Shirley is Chair of DairyNZ’s Directors Remuneration Committee and a levy-paying dairy farmer.
First appointed in 2020, Shirley brings a strong farmer perspective and an independent approach to the Committee’s work, supporting transparent and fair remuneration recommendations on behalf of DairyNZ members.
