This calculates an economic value on growing and harvesting pasture and crop. This includes the operating costs: irrigation, crop, silage, fertiliser, pasture renewal and pasture maintenance costs. It does not include capital costs - land or infrastructure nor the opportunity cost of land use or changing land value.
