Mark Todd

First apointed April 2022, next election October 2025.

Mark is an independent director of a broad range of New Zealand businesses. He is on the Board and chairs the Audit and Risk Committees of City Care Ltd and Paper Plus New Zealand Ltd. He is also a director of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission, Apex Water Ltd, St George's Hospital Inc. and McKenzie & Willis Ltd.

Prior to taking on these director roles, Mark was a senior executive at Kathmandu Holdings Ltd, where he was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant Fellow and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
