Alyce Butler

Alyce oversees two areas of focus within DairyNZ. First, how DairyNZ supports farmers with the People related aspects of their farm, including on-farm capability development, and second, how DairyNZ engages and partners with farmers to both future proof the dairy sector and deliver tangible benefits to individual farmers.

Prior to joining DairyNZ, Alyce was a Management Consultant at Monitor Deloitte (both in New Zealand and The Netherlands). There she was a leader in the Global Future of Food team, and advised food and agriculture multinationals and institutions on how to win within a food system that is being disrupted. Alyce is a Chartered Accountant and an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
