Mary-Anne Macleod is a director of the Environmental Protection Authority, NIWA and Bay Venues Limited. She has previously held roles on Quayside Holdings Limited, Bay of Plenty Lass, Priority 1 and House of Science. She currently provides advice to central and local government agencies. She is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Mary-Anne was the chief executive of the Bay of Plenty Regional council for seven years and before that General Manager responsible for strategy and iwi relations for four years. Prior to that she held senior roles in central government and in international consultancies. Her academic qualifications are in earth science.
