Directors' Remuneration Committee

The Directors' Remuneration Committee conducts regular reviews and makes recommendations regarding directors' remuneration to ensure that compensation remains appropriate and is managed effectively. This approach supports the attraction and retention of skilled directors to facilitate DairyNZ’s progress towards industry objectives.

The Committee comprises three individuals who are members of DairyNZ Inc and levy payers; however, they are neither directors nor employees of DairyNZ Inc or any of its subsidiaries.

Members of the Director Remuneration Committee are nominated and elected by DairyNZ Incorporated members at the annual general meeting. Elections for Committee membership are held concurrently with the DairyNZ Director elections.
