John Baylis

Regional Partner at DairyNZ based in Taranaki.

I grew up on a dairy farm in Rahotu, achieved a Bachelor of Science at Massey University and have been working with farmers ever since.

I previously worked at the Taranaki Regional Council as a Land Management Officer for two years and have experience in different farming systems, environmental regulations and working with farmers.

My role involves working alongside dairy farmers, understanding their businesses, and exploring ways DairyNZ can help give support. I enjoy meeting new people and providing opportunities for change and solutions.
