Duncan and Anne-Marie are DairyNZ budget case study farmers for Southland/South Otago, with profitability almost double the average for the region in 2022/23 and impressive pasture and crop harvested figures.
This is a profitable and productive farm, we'll be looking at how they achieve this perfomance and how this impacts on nitrogen and emissions - what are the options to increase effiency and reduce their footprint?
Sally Dicey from Ahika Consulting will be sharing the results from the energy audit, share opportunities for other farmers to be involved and highlighting the Taieri Catchment group
