Simon Anderson has been on farm for the past 11 seasons and developed farm systems that work in their environment!

We'll discuss there use of 3 in 2 milking extensively, cow collars and data they are providing, how there self contained operation stacks up.

We will also be focusing on thier people management systems they have learnt and are learning around retention and engagement, technology, employment based around values and attitude set, lean management systems they have implemented.
