Why Attend?

For DairyNZ, working in partnership with our farmers will allow us to discover practical solutions which we can harness to make our local milk a leader in sustainability. Join DairyNZ and Open Country Dairy for our first combined introduction to on-farm sustainability, focused on finding the tools for our farmers.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Benchmarking data for our region and how we can use this information to make informed decisions
  • Discuss regional trends on nutrients and emissions and how your farm compares
  • Tangible on-farm levers that can be pulled to contribute to positive change in your farm system that will impact people, profit, and planet.
  • Action planning - what are the next steps for my farm?

This toolbox series will run for 90 minutes and is open to all Open Country Dairy suppliers in the region only. Please RSVP Tegan Pope 027 808 3411 to help our sponsors cater for you.
