P3 Monitor Farm Field Day

Join us on farm at the P3 Monitor Farm Field Day with our host farmers, Mike & Brenda Karl, with a composting barn playing an integral part in their farming system.

We will be covering:

• Performance of the three current P3 monitor farms comparing information and their systems across the last 2 seasons.
• Herd Homes part 2 - a financial and physical analysis of a composting barn. Why? The pros and cons. This follows on from the assessment of a RedPath covered feed shed at the November field day. Copies of the information from that field day will also be made available.
• Smart Shelter will provide costings at today's price for a composting barn and oanother option to consider and are kindly sponsoring/refreshments lunch.
• BNZ will provide a market update

We'll have a farm walk to look at the herd and the Composting Barn so bring appropriate footwear.

Lunch will be provided.
