Come join our hosts, Stephen and Sophie Smyllie, on farm for the last seasonal group of the current season.

Apart from celebrating their good performance in the Share Farmer of the Year (Waikato region) competition, where they came second and also picked up 3 merit awards, we are going to delve into the reasons they have entered, how it fits into their progression and career plans and what lessons have been learnt on the way.

We are also going to focus on their farming principles and system in finding that sweet spot between sustainable optimal production, good reproduction, animal health and well-being as well as a balanced lifestyle for everyone working on farm.

Come join us for an interesting day off farm and make sure to bring everyone along.
