First 100 Days of a Contract

Join the DairyNZ team and guest speakers to discuss what to expect in your first 100 days of a new farm contract. When starting a new job/contract it is important to know what to focus on to ensure the success for the season and years to come.

We will have a range of guest speakers from Solicitors, Bank Managers, to Federated Farmers that will share some local experience and also some hot tips on how to set yourself up for a successful season ahead!

- Managing budgets and cashflow

- Legal obligations

- Understanding your contract

- Learning to cope with different personalities.
